Returns & Shipping

All damages and shipping discrepancies MUST be reported within 10 business days of receipt.

Any damage or errors not reported within 10 business days of receipt are considered final.

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization# (RMA#) provided by AGC.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be un-opened and in resalable condition when received back.

It must also be in the original packaging and be shipped in a shipping box. (Not the items box)

Some items can not be returned. These items include, software, support services, extended warranty coverage etc.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Any service part that has been installed
• Open products
• Products that have been received 30 days or more.

Approved returns will result in a credit to your account or replacement with item of equal cost.

Outbound shipping is NOT refundable on returns.

All return shipping is at the cost of the customer, unless special approvals were agreed.

Step for return:
1. Call AGC and obtain an RMA#
2. Ship product back to AGC Education

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the return and the credit amount made to your account.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account. No refund checks or credits to credit cards will be issued.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
